So a couple months ago I came across youporn. At the time, I noted that it seemed to have a better than average content. I then embarked on a blowjob-of-the-day project which lasted for 20 days. As a result I've surfed youporn a lot now, and unfortunately I have to say that a lot of the thrill has worn off.

While there's still good content there, it doesn't seem that there's very often new good content there. Most of the stuff I found there took a long time to accumulate, and if I go back daily or weekly, I almost never find anything worthwhile that I haven't already seen.

It's also too bad that the same tired clips get uploaded over and over again. Politics

It's Super Tuesday, and I enjoyed taking the time to vote. The ballot booths at my polling place weren't big enough to jerk off in, unfortunately.

Naturally, I voted for someone who supports porn and masturbation. Nobody comes out and says so directly; it's not the kind of question that comes up at the debates. But you can figure it out from their positions on marijuana, prostitution, and other "morality" laws that infringe on personal or consensual freedoms.

Luckily the same candidate had a decent position on foreign policy. It would have been a tough call if I had to decide whether to vote for the porn candidate or the stop-fucking-up-the-world candidate.

It is an interesting study and theory. Overall I think a causal link is tenuous -- but it does seem to indicate that at the very least porn does not increase violence against women, and it may be a contributing factor to its decline.

I also take a exception to anyone entertaining the idea that without adequate porn, a person like myself might become a rapist. It may be true that some people with rapist tendencies would have their deviant needs assuaged by porn, but that doesn't mean everyone who likes porn has rapist tendencies. To compare: more hugs from mommy might assuage those deviant needs too, but I doubt anyone would claim that guys who like hugs from their mommies are budding rapists.

But it doesn't matter -- the people who fear porn won't understand. Those of us who love porn know that seeing women being sexual doesn't change your respect for her. Why would it? Sexuality is natural, beautiful, and fun. Especially when captured in high resolution and distributed on the internet.
